Audible Visions (AV) will collaborate with your business to develop accessible marketing materials, including ways to make the physical business more accessible to visitors. This could include the furniture layout, lighting, and sign legibility. Marketing materials could be recommended to be large print, higher contrast, in Braille, or converted to digital. 3D or other tactile maps could be recommended to have as an option. AV will offer training for you and your staff to ensure appropriate disability etiquette and awareness of others’ needs.
Live Describing
Live Audio Description (AD) is a way to make visual events more accessible, by filling in the visual information in between any dialogue, sound effects, or other important audible information. Live AD may be offered in 1-1, either out loud or in an earpiece, or in a group setting, similar to a guided tour. Live AD may benefit events like museum tours, art exhibits, theater shows, historic tours, ghost tours, sporting events, magic shows, or church events. Pre-Recorded Audio Description
Audio Description (AD) is an art used to make a visual medium accessible to consumers who cannot see or have trouble focusing. Streaming services like Netflix, Hulu, and Prime commonly have this feature available in their TV shows and films. Make your next video project, social media video, visual presentation, or semi-permanent museum exhibit more accessible by adding a secondary audio track with descriptions. Audible Visions will write, record, produce, and edit the video to have the necessary information to make your visual content accessible to people who use AD!
